Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscaping & Site Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of construction sites and surrounding landscapes. The ideal candidate will have experience with landscaping, pressure washing, equipment handling, and general site maintenance to ensure a safe and visually appealing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and weed control.

• Pressure wash surfaces such as sidewalks, driveways, and building exteriors to maintain cleanliness.

• Clean and remove debris, trash, and hazardous materials from the construction site.

• Assist in moving, organizing, and maintaining construction equipment and materials.

• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials following company guidelines.

• Perform light repairs and general upkeep of the site and surrounding areas.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.

• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the construction team.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Previous experience in landscaping, construction site maintenance, or a related field preferred.

• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).

• Comfortable using pressure washers and other cleaning equipment.

• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
