Residential Superintendent

The Superintendent's primary role is to provide on-site supervision, coordination, and quality control for all phases of our residential construction projects. This includes coordinating and scheduling subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections. This person is responsible for ensuring that specifications strictly follow our high-quality standards and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Land Development Superintendent

The Land Development Superintendent works with subcontractors, municipalities and landowners in a coordinated effort to deliver distinguished, value-added homes to our customers while enhancing our broader communities. The right candidate will report to, and assist, the Land Development Project Manager in developing raw land and installing infrastructure. This team member will be an employee of our sister company, M&R Builders.

Multi-Family Construction Superintendent

The Superintendent's primary role is to coordinate, direct, and oversee the completion of all field activities and the performance of all aspects on the project including self-performing trades, subcontractors, and suppliers in a mixed-use development.

Punch Out/ Maintenance Technician

The Punch Out/Maintenance Technician's role is primarily to review, organize, and execute lists and tasks provided by the project manager to assist with quality control and job site completion. This positions requires experience with home repair work related to siding, painting, sheet rock, light electricity work, light plumbing work, flooring installation, etc.

Property 
Manager

The Property Manager's primary role is to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties and the future lofts, commercial spaces, and storage units at our upcoming community, Delta Landing, in Hernando. The candidate should be a dedicated and driven individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards for our properties. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for real estate.

The Sales Associate’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service, have knowledge of available inventory and our portfolio of floor plans, and connect potential buyers with other field-related professionals to assist in the home-buying process. We are looking to fill a full and part-time position.
