About Delta Landing 

Delta Landing is a mixed-used development on the northeast corner of I-55 and I-269 interchange. It is located directly across the street from the new Hernando High School and a short distance from Hernando Hills Elementary School.

Details of the Overall Development

Delta Landing combines the principles of a traditional neighborhood with the excitement of a town center to build a community where people can live, work, and play within a short walking distance.


Once completed the site will include:

  • 30 acres of commercial property

  • 588 three and four bedroom, single-family homes that begin at 1800 sq. ft

  • 94 condominiums

  • 74 homes for those 55 years of age or older

  • 125 lofts above the commercial property

Residential Development

The property for Delta Landing is currently being prepared for construction to begin in June of 2024. Phase 1 of development will include 60 single-family homes, 32 homes for those 55 or older, and 56 condominiums.
